What are your hours?
Our weekday hours are Monday through Friday, 6 am to 6 pm and Saturdays, 7 am to 3 pm. Please call regarding holiday hours at 717-786-2221.
Do you provide deliver services?
Yes, we can deliver. For more information about our delivery rates, see our Rental Catalog.
Are you still a branch of Gap Power?
No, as of Febuary of 2007, we are no longer a branch under Gap Power. Even though we are no longer affiliated with Gap Power, you can still expect to see the same people behind the counter, the same level of service and mostly the same rental selection.
Can I reserve rental equipment?
Yes, in fact we recommend you do so. Just give us a call and let us know when you will need the equipment and we will reserve it for you. If your plans change and you will not need that rental, please give us a call as soon as possible.
Can I cancel a rental reservation?
Yes, just call us and let us know.
Should I refuel my rental before returning it?
No, a full tank of fuel is included with the rental.
Can I return rental equipment after hours?
We would rather you not, but we do make exceptions. If you need return a rental after hours, please give us a call.
Do I need to clean rental equipment, before returning it?
Yes, we would greatly appreciate if you could return the equipment in a clean condition.
Do you sell used rental equipment?
Yes, feel free to call us for a price quote.
Can you repair or service my equipment?
Yes, can repair or service most brands of equipment. Please call, for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks (driver's license required) and most major credit cards. We also offer you the option of a charge account with approval. If you wish to set up a charge account, just stop in for an application.
